A spicy workout, 10K steps, and my commute


Trying workouts by other fitness pros exposes me to program design and exercises that improve programming quality for my clients. Here's the most-fun circuit I've tried recently.

It may not take 10,000 steps per day to experience related health benefits. With football season here, if you're attached to your couch for 1 or more 3+ hour games every Sunday, it could be challenging to get anywhere close. Try marching, jogging, or running in place throughout the game or during commercials to keep your activity levels up.

To get my steps in, I leave the car at home as office as possible and include rucking workouts as part of my commute whenever I'm doing office and admin work at a local coffee shop.
